To Subscribe

Choose the lists you wish to subscribe to on the Free Subscription home page, enter your name, email address, choose your preferred message type and press the 'Join' button.

A confirmation message will be sent to your email address which will include a password for you to login to make changes to your subscription. Please follow the directions in this message to finalise your subscription. You must confirm your subscription within 24 hours or your information will be removed.

To Unsubscribe

Login to the member control centre using your email address and password. Once logged in, you can choose which lists to unsubscribe from. If you have forgotten your password, go to the password retrieval area.
